Identity card and certificate of solvency
Please note:
the notary will require from the private bidder, the one making the opening bid, and the bidder in a Dutch auction that they identify themselves with a valid identity card, and that they provide a certificate of their solvency (a certificate from the bank showing that they have sufficient financial means to be able to pay the price and additional costs)!
