What is the reserve fund of the association?

The notary will ask for the amount of the reserve fund of the owners' association.

If there is no reserve and major repairs are necessary in the near future, you as new owner will probably have to pay much extra money in the short term.

A wealthy association is certainly to your advantage as a buyer.
