Cohabitation agreements

Cohabitation agreements are agreements in which people make arrangements on all kinds of matters relating to cohabitation. Subjects on which arrangements can be made are, for instance, the financial contribution to the cost of each other's living expenses, the distribution of the cost of the household, the use of bank accounts, and arrangements on anything that relates to the house. You can also arrange that common goods become property of your partner after your death. In order to achieve that also your private capital goes to your partner after your death, you need a last will and testament in addition to a cohabitation agreement.
