Certificate of inheritance
After death, the heirs have to be able to dispose of funds in the bank account of the deceased. The bank requests a certificate of inheritance for this purpose. A certificate of inheritance may also be required for other matters. This is a certificate of the notary showing who the heirs of the deceased are. Before the notary prepares the certificate of inheritance, he first conducts an investigation into last wills and next of kin.
